1. Agreement

This website is operated by Status Clothing LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as West Coast Glory ("WCG," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing westcoastglory.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. The site is not directed to children under 13.

3. Products, Drops, and Availability

West Coast Glory sells in limited runs. Products are released as drops. We make no guarantee that any product, colorway, or size will be produced again.

All products are described and photographed as accurately as we can manage, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or images are complete or error-free. Screen color reproduction varies. Because our pieces are embellished by hand, variation in stone placement, spacing, dye, wash, and print position between units is inherent and expected. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Pricing and Errors

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed. If we cancel for this reason, we will refund you in full.
